How Fitgenix Gym handles website enquiries and contact information.
Information you choose to share
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, mobile number, requested demo date or consultation preferences, selected membership and the message you submit. Enquiries can be submitted without SMS verification. A submitted mobile number is not marked verified. You can also contact reception by phone or WhatsApp.
How we use your details
Fitgenix uses enquiry information to respond to your request, discuss memberships and arrange follow-up. A submitted enquiry does not confirm a visit or membership. Authorised staff use a protected administration area to handle enquiries.
Website services and cookies
Security cookies support form submission and protected staff sessions. Basic website-action counts are recorded without putting enquiry names, mobile numbers or messages into those counts. Notification providers process the details needed for their service when connected. SMS verification is not used for enquiry submission.
