Does the Elite membership expire?
The Fitgenix Elite membership has no expiry. Reception will explain the usage allowance and the written conditions attached to the card.
Does “365” mean a one-year expiry?
Elite 365 is the card name. The membership has no expiry. Ask reception to explain the visit allowance and charging method; the name does not establish unlimited access or a visit count.
Which facilities does Elite include?
Ask reception for the approved Elite inclusions. Gym, cardio, steam, classes, lockers and personal training are included only when the card agreement says so.
What does the card cost?
Enquire for current pricing and the complete payment terms. Confirm any activation, visit or additional-service charges before joining.
Are payment plans available?
Reception can confirm the current payment options, eligibility and any provider terms.
